The shipping method depends on the destination, order quantity, package size, weight, urgency, and customer requirements.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production begins after the required:

  • Payment

  • Sample approval, where applicable

have been completed.

Once production and quality checks are complete, the order is prepared for dispatch.

Estimated shipping time begins after the shipment has been handed to the courier or logistics provider.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

International courier shipments may generally arrive faster than cargo or freight shipments, but all transit times are estimates.

Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Flight availability
  • Import inspections
  • Local transportation
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • VAT or GST
  • Brokerage fees

  • Other import-related fees

These charges are not controlled by Greyfin Sports and may vary by country.

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.

Customers may be required to provide information or documentation to customs, the courier, or a freight provider before delivery.

Greyfin Sports will reasonably assist with available shipping or commercial documents where required.

Customs processing times and decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities.

9. Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for checking whether ordered products can legally be imported into their country.

Greyfin Sports is not responsible for delays, penalties, confiscation, rejection, or additional charges caused by destination-country import restrictions or regulations that were not disclosed before shipment.

10. Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch completed orders on schedule.

However, shipping may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Flight cancellations
  • Customs delays
  • Strikes
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Political or transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Peak shipping periods

  • Photograph any affected products
  • Keep the original packaging
  • Contact Greyfin Sports promptly

This evidence may be required for a courier or freight claim.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or possible loss, please contact Greyfin Sports.

We may assist with an investigation through the courier or logistics provider.

Claims for lost shipments may be subject to the courier’s investigation procedures, insurance terms, documentation requirements, and time limits.

13. Partial Shipments

For some large or urgent orders, products may be shipped in more than one package or shipment.

Where practical, this will be discussed with the customer before dispatch.

Separate tracking numbers or shipping documents may be provided.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer:

  • Did not respond to the courier or customs
  • Did not pay required import charges
  • Supplied an incorrect address
  • Refused delivery without an approved reason

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or re-delivery costs.

15. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance availability depends on the courier, freight provider, shipping method, destination, and order value.

If special insurance coverage is required, customers should request it before shipment so availability and cost can be confirmed.

16. Samples

Sample orders may be shipped separately from bulk orders.

Sample courier charges depend on:

  • Product weight
  • Package size
  • Destination
  • Courier service

Sample shipping costs will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

17. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders may require:

  • Larger cartons
  • Multiple packages

  • Cargo
  • Other logistics arrangements

The most suitable shipping method may be recommended based on the order quantity, destination, cost, and required delivery schedule.

18. Changes Before Dispatch
