Fabric Selection
We help buyers select fabric composition, weight and GSM according to the product, intended use, finish and approved requirements. Available options are confirmed for each enquiry before sampling or production.
Fabric Texture, Weight & Finish
Texture, stretch, hand feel, colour and finish are reviewed alongside fabric weight so the selected material suits the approved product specification. Final options depend on the garment and order requirements.
Pattern Development
Patterns are developed around the approved design, size specifications and intended fit. Buyers can share a tech pack, measurements or reference details for review.
Fabric Cutting
After specifications are confirmed, pattern pieces guide material preparation and cutting for the selected sizes and quantities.
Stitching & Seam Finishing
Construction methods and seam finishing are selected according to the garment, fabric and approved specification. Custom sizing and order details remain tied to the agreed sample or production instructions.
Custom Branding & Decoration
Depending on the product, branding options can include sublimation, screen printing and embroidery. Logo size, placement, colours and artwork are confirmed before production.
Custom Embroidery
Embroidered logos and details are reviewed for suitable size, placement and stitch requirements.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is available where appropriate for the garment, artwork and ordered quantity.
Custom Labels & Packaging
Private-label options can include brand labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging according to the approved order details. Finished goods are checked against the agreed specifications before worldwide shipping is arranged.
