Fabric, Fit and Sample Development
Send a tech pack, reference sample or initial measurements. Fabric composition, weight, construction and finish are confirmed before sampling. Review jersey chest width, body length and armholes alongside shorts waist, rise and inseam. Identify adult, youth or women’s sizing requirements and approve the measurement chart for your roster.
Team Names, Numbers and Branding
- Custom colours, panels, fit and size chart
- Player names, numbers and authorised club or sponsor artwork
- Sublimation, printing or embroidery where suitable for the fabric and design
- Woven labels, size labels, hang tags and branded packaging
- Buyer-specified trims and finishing, subject to feasibility
Provide one final roster with separate jersey and shorts sizes, exact name spellings, numbers and quantities. Check your competition’s current uniform requirements before approving artwork.
MOQ, Sampling and Bulk Production
MOQ is confirmed according to the specification, customisation and order mix. Ask whether quantities are counted as individual garments or complete sets. Sample development is available before bulk manufacturing. Final price and lead time depend on approved materials, quantities, branding and packaging.
